Who is responsible

Example information only
The preview opens with fictional appointments, questionnaires, care documents and personal details. Please do not enter real personal or medical information. Anything you type, such as daily ratings or journal entries, is held in the app's memory on your device and is cleared when the app restarts or you leave the preview. The preview does not send it to Vantora or to a clinic.
No account or clinic connection
The preview has no sign-in and does not connect to a clinic system. Clinic sign-in is switched off in this version.
Files on your device
When you open or export an example document or calendar entry, the app writes a temporary copy to its own cache on your device so it can be shown or shared. The app deletes these copies when a new session starts. A copy leaves your device only if you choose to share it, for example through the iOS share sheet.
No analytics, advertising or tracking
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
TestFlight and Apple
If you install the preview through Apple's TestFlight, Apple handles your tester invitation and installation under its own terms and privacy policy. If you choose to send feedback or a crash report through TestFlight, Vantora receives what you send through App Store Connect, which can include your comments, screenshots, your email address and device details. We use this feedback only to improve the app, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose.
Your choices
You can delete the app at any time, which removes everything it stored on your device. You can ask us about any feedback we hold from you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a privacy concern.
