Modular · interoperable · AI-enabled

Healthcare, from a
clearer vantage point.

Vantora Health is an interoperable, AI-enabled patient-flow system. Deploy one solution, connect a selected group or use the complete suite—each remains useful in its own right.

Less administration

Draft routine documentation, requests and follow-up actions.

One structured record

Capture useful data as care is delivered, not as a second task.

Learning health services

Turn governed pathway data into audit and research evidence.

A deliberate release boundary

Useful workflow now. Regulated intelligence later.

The initial release is designed to capture, organise, display, transmit and audit information while recording decisions made by healthcare professionals. Features that interpret a patient's data to recommend urgency, investigations, medicines or treatment remain inactive until an appropriate regulatory route is completed.

Initial workflow release

Enabled by default

  • Patient lists, scheduling, documentation and handover
  • Source results and observations displayed without interpretation
  • Clinician-entered priorities, diagnoses, plans and outcomes
  • Tasks, requests, messages and auditable status tracking
  • Structured drafts based only on supplied facts

Future regulated capability

Visible in synthetic demo only

  • Automated triage, urgency or deterioration assessment
  • Patient-specific investigation or treatment recommendations
  • Medicine, dose or restart recommendations
  • Risk prediction, prognosis and pathway recommendations
  • Automated clinical prioritisation or discharge readiness

Current mode: workflow release — future regulated capabilities locked. This product boundary is an engineering control, not a formal legal classification.

Designed around choice

One solution or all of them. Built to work together.

Three core platforms cover the principal care settings. Bespoke solutions go deeper into specialty workflows. Shared identity, patient context and integration patterns allow the chosen parts to operate as one coherent environment.

Three core platforms

One clear view across the main care settings.

Start with Outpatients, Inpatients or Emergency Department. Add interfaces and focused workflow solutions only where useful.

Bespoke specialty solutions

Go deeper into a workflow that needs to work better.

Our first collection is built for orthopaedics. The same model can expand across specialties, shaped around each team’s real work.

AI-enabled workflow

From documentation to action—without losing clinical control.

In the initial workflow release, Vantora structures supplied facts, prepares documentation and coordinates clinician-determined actions. Patient-specific clinical recommendations are disabled. Approved hospital interfaces can be added where they improve flow, and no external action is presented as complete without a reliable acknowledgement.

Standalone first. Connected where it adds value.

Core workflows work without deep integration. EPR, PACS, referral and messaging connectors are configured around each hospital’s approved systems and interfaces.

Vantora Copilot

Ask, draft and explore—without losing control of the record.

Copilot is available within the workflow, already aware of the user’s permitted context. It helps staff find approved processes, prepare documentation and explore governed audit or research questions without replacing professional judgement.

Workflow help

Search approved local workflows and explain the next step with a visible source.

Documentation

Turn clinician-supplied facts into a structured, unsigned draft for review.

Audit & research

Prepare governed questions and de-identified analyses within role-based access.

Vantora Research & Analytics

Routine care becomes research-ready data—with its evidence intact.

Every Vantora solution can turn confirmed workflow events and clinical entries into consistent, attributable data. That shared layer can automate approved audits, help authorised teams explore de-identified cases and prepare reproducible research cohorts without asking clinicians to document the same work twice.

Automated audit

Versioned measures refresh from live workflow events, with numerator, denominator and evidence traceability.

Case explorer

Ask governed natural-language questions across permitted, de-identified cases and inspect the fields behind an answer.

Research workspace

Build cohorts, check completeness and prepare controlled datasets with every definition recorded.

02

Confirmed structure

03

Governed use

Continuous audit, cohort exploration and approved export

Provenance retained
Role-based access
De-identification controls

Future prediction models would use separately approved, versioned datasets and validation—not an ungoverned copy of the clinical record.

Modular interoperability

Use one. Connect several. Scale to the full suite.

Every solution provides value independently. When products are combined, shared patient context, identity, tasks and audit reduce duplicate work across the pathway. Hospital interfaces are configured around the systems already in place.

01

One solution

Deploy a single core platform or bespoke workflow with its own users, login and operational value.

02

Connected pathways

Combine selected Vantora products and approved hospital interfaces where shared data removes work or improves safety.

03

Full suite

Bring the full Vantora family together through shared patient context, identity, tasks and accountable audit trails.

Hospital integration layer

Standards-based interfaces where available, with hospital-specific configuration and graceful standalone operation where they are not.

The human safety gate

01

Grounded

02

Assistive

Supports attention without replacing judgement.

03

Reviewable

Important actions remain visible and attributable.

04

Interoperable
