Provider-managed database encryption and enforced TLS are recorded in the reference environment. Each patient deployment requires its own validation.
Identity & controlled access
Least-privilege access, separated clinical and patient roles, and controlled administration are part of the access-control standard.
Clinician-led AI
AI-generated notes, letters and plans remain visible drafts for clinician review. The clinical decision stays with the clinician.
NHS assurance mapping
Governance evidence is mapped to NHS DSPT and DTAC requirements where applicable. This is readiness work, not a claim of NHS approval.
